Here’s a more detailed look at where ADP lands players at each draft position:

The No. 8 pick is the best draft position in 10-team PPR leagues if you draft according to ADP. The eighth pick lands the most valuable player by 3D Value in Rounds 2 (Puka Nacua), 3 (De'Von Achane), and 4 (Jalen Hurts).

Pick Nos. 2 and 3 are next-best spots in 10-team PPR leagues. Those draft positions land strong values such as CeeDee Lamb, Derrick Henry, D.J. Moore, and Tee Higgins.

Surprisingly, Pick No. 1 checks in as just the sixth-best draft spot. Josh Jacobs and C.J. Stroud are poor values in their respective rounds.

Drafting optimally from the No. 1 or 2 spot in 10-team PPR drafts lands you on the same start through six rounds.

Drafting optimally from the No. 3 spot in a 10-team half-PPR league lands you 316.6 3D Value points. That's a 10.2% increase over the 287.4 points by picking straight from ADP at the No. 3 spot.

Best 12-Team Half-PPR Draft Positions Ranked

The best spots in 10-team half-PPR drafts reside in the middle of the draft. Picks 3, 4, 5, and 6 allow you to grab CeeDee Lamb, our second-ranked player in half-PPR, in Round 1 and strong values in Marvin Harrison Jr., Mark Andrews, and Malik Nabers in Rounds 4-6.
